Believe 2020 • Indiana Campus Info
This page will be updated periodically with Believe information specific to the Indiana Campus. We will have departure information, packing list, important dates and other information listed here.
Medication Instructions: Online Medication Process
SLEEPING/SECURITY:
We will be sleeping on the floor in various rooms at the Indiana Campus. Students will be split up into groups based on grade/gender that they will find out at check-in. Each group will have an assigned room in the IN Campus where they will be sleeping along with their adult leaders. Boys will be on one side of the building and girls on the other. There will be a police officer here overnight for security purposes, so your students will be safe and all doors will be locked.
CELEBRATION SERVICE:
Our Celebration Service will be in the Hub during our MSM service on Sunday, February 2nd at 9:30 AM. Parents and families are encouraged to come hear stories of how God worked in the lives of students at Believe.
CHECK-IN:
When you arrive on Friday, January 31st, please park on the side of the building and enter through door 10. We will then direct you and your student where to go through the check-in process. Check-in will be from 5:00-5:30pm. Students will find out their groups, where they are sleeping in the building, take their bags to their rooms, and they will eat dinner in the room with their group and meet their leaders.
PICKUP:
Parents will pickup students from the Hub at 6:30 PM on Saturday, February 1st.
FOOD:
Meals we will provide: Dinner on Friday (provided at church before we leave), small breakfast on Saturday morning, and dinner on Saturday night. Your student will need money (approximately $10-$15) for lunch on Saturday. Please make notes in your student’s registration if he/she has any food allergies that we need to be aware of. We will notify your student’s group leader(s) to be sure that there is something available at all meal times.
MEDICINES:
If your student has medicines, please follow the steps linked at the top of the page. Complete that process and bring any medications needed in their original containers to check-in on Friday. Please only send the necessary and appropriate amount of medication for the duration of the event. Students are not allowed to keep any medication on their person (this includes OTC medications like Tylenol or ibuprofen – the nurse will have these on hand). Please remember this trip is barely over 24 hours, so please only send necessary medications for your student.
PACKING LIST:
* Because we are only staying ONE NIGHT and we are sleeping at the church, your student should not need much, but they WILL need bedding as noted below. Also, there are NO SHOWERS at the church, so please let your students know this. They do not need to bring shower items.
- Bible
- Pen
- Snacks (if desired) No energy drinks please!
- $10-15 (or more) for lunch on Saturday
- Money for offering or CIY Believe items (optional)

- Comfortable clothing for Saturday

***NOTE:
Some parents have asked about their student(s) leaving for band competitions or athletic events or other commitments during the conference. Because of the number of people we are taking, the various times of all events, and for security reasons, we will not allow students to come and go throughout the weekend. Please understand we have to make this decision because it is best for the safety of students and the responsibility of leaders.
