Medication Instructions: Online Medical Process

SLEEPING:

We will be sleeping on the floor in various rooms at the Crestwood Campus. Boys will be on one floor of the building and girls on the other. There will be a police officer here overnight for security purposes, so your students will be safe and all doors will be locked.

MEDICINES:

If your student has medicines, please follow the steps linked at the top of the page. Complete that process and bring any medications needed in their original containers to check-in on Friday. Please only send the necessary and appropriate amount of medication for the duration of the event. Students are not allowed to keep any medication on their person (this includes OTC medications like Tylenol or ibuprofen – the nurse will have these on hand). Please remember this trip is barely over 24 hours, so please only send necessary medications for your student.

PACKING LIST:

There are NO SHOWERS at the church, so please let your students know this. They do not need to bring shower items.

• TOOTHBRUSH / TOOTHPASTE

• JOURNAL

• CLOTHES FOR SATURDAY (PACK FOR COLD WEATHER!!)
• MONEY FOR LUNCH ON SATURDAY ($10-$15) AND ANY SOUVENIRS FROM THE CONFERENCE
