We're excited that you'll be joining us at the Shine Fall Fest from 6:00-9:00 p.m. on Friday, September 20 at our Blankenbaker, Indiana, Crestwood, Southwest, or Elizabethtown Campus!
Online registration for Fall Fest will close Friday at noon. However, you can still register at the door! Please arrive to the nearest Fall Fest location at 6:00 PM on Friday, September 20.

This registration is for INDIVIDUALS or FAMILIES attending Shine Fall Fest. Each member of your party must register on a separate registration to be sure everyone is captured.
