Give our guests and members a great first impression from the moment they arrive on campus. Volunteers will safely guide the flow of cars and moving people.
Ensure candles are assembled and restocked for guests. Provide extra hands to ensure welcoming spaces.
Prepare the auditorium and engage with guests, helping them find seats, kindly inviting others to shift as needed to make room.
Greeters intentionally connect with guests to ensure they feel seen, valued, and welcome.
Connect with guests as they get coffee, keep areas clean, supplies stocked, and great coffee brewed.
Connect with guests as you manage the line and flow of families taking photos. Offer to use their phone/camera to capture everyone in the picture.
