When are Sunday services?

Our service times are 9:30 a.m., 11:15 a.m.

What can I expect at a Sunday service?

You can expect to find a group of people navigating though life in pursuit of Jesus. We’re not a perfect church, but our aim is to welcome you warmly with the love of Christ. You can expect a casual atmosphere with relevant music and a message from one of our pastors that will speak to where you are and lead you in an encounter with God.

How can I get connected at the Prospect Campus?

We would love to meet you! Every Sunday, you can stop by the Connection Center in the Atrium, and volunteers will be happy to answer your questions. Once a month, we also host Starting Point, where you can join other new folks for a tour of the building, an introduction to Southeast from our staff members, and the opportunity to have your questions answered. Finally, you can fill out a Connection Card in our weekend bulletin. Hand that card in at the Connection Center in the Atrium and we will get back to you soon!

Where should I bring my kids?

We strive to have a relevant worship service for your children where they will be cared for and taught about Jesus in a way that is understandable to their age. Children’s programming is available at our Sunday services. We also have children’s programming available during our women’s and men’s group times each week, but we ask that you register your child on the website for Bible study times so we can have enough staff ready. You can be confident that your children will always experience a safe, caring, growing experience that they will enjoy!

Do you have programs for middle and high school students?

Our Middle School Ministry meets on Sunday mornings at 11:15 a.m. and High School Ministry meets on Sunday at 6:00 p.m. Contact Eastan Ramirez at ERamiraz@secc.org to connect your student with a small group.

We partner with moms and dads to help kids Know God and His love for them, Grow in faith and love Christ, and Show God’s love to others. Our weekly children’s programs meet kids right where they are and help them to discover God and His Word on their own level. We believe our kids aren’t just the church of tomorrow—they’re the church of today!

Children love SE!Kids because our programs are fun and our volunteers take time to know every child’s name and story. Parents love SE!Kids because the programs are educational, engaging, and absolutely safe.

How and when can I check my child into Sunday programming?

Check in begins 20 minutes prior to service time. You will need to visit one of the Children’s Ministry Check-In kiosks located in the Atrium near the main entrance. First-time families can pre-register online, or visit the First-Time Families kiosk in the Atrium when you arrive. You’ll be welcomed and introduced to our children’s environments by friendly volunteers.

What does SE!Kids programming look like at the Prospect Campus?

We have environments tailored to each age group (nursery, preschool, and elementary). All children start and finish each hour in their age group where they are engaged in fun and learning in a small group setting. Preschool and elementary-age children experience an age-appropriate large group worship and lesson. We discover God as the central character of each Biblical story, and the story of our lives today.

How can parents stay connected?

We believe that God has designed the family to be the centerpiece for growing our children in faith, and provide simple At Home resources to equip families to discover God’s Word together. At Home Weekly is sent home with elementary parents and At Home Placemats go home with preschool and nursery parents. These provide updates on what we’re learning and offer fun family tips for parents to pre-teach the lesson before coming to church. Parents can also sign up for monthly text updates by texting SE!KIDS to 733733.

How can I serve in Children’s Ministry?

Individuals interested in serving with children must have a completed background check, completed safety/security training, and have verifiable attendance at Southeast of at least six months prior to serving with children. We believe serving in the church is both a privilege and an act of worship. Through volunteering, we are able to fellowship with our church family, grow spiritually, and help others connect to Jesus and one another. Visit our Serve page for details and applications.

Prospect Students

Southeast (SE) Students is dedicated to helping students encounter Jesus NOW in a way that continues into their NEXT phase of life.

Whether it’s small groups, camps, events, or just hanging out, everything we do is about connecting people to Jesus and one another.

Within SE Students, there are two age specific ministries: Middle School Ministry (MSM) & High School Ministry (HSM). MSM is for 6th - 8th grade students and HSM is for 9th - 12th grade students. Each ministry has a weekly gathering with small groups. Our small groups are led by adults who are empowered and equipped to disciple students. Each adult volunteer is a member of our church and has completed specialized training to help keep students safe.

Our HSM groups are a time of connecting with other students of the same grade and gender. Small group time is devoted to diving into God's Word together, applying it to our lives and praying for one another. HSM groups are led by trusted adult leaders who love discipling students in their walk with Jesus.
