What do we wear?

Come as you are! We’re pretty casual here.

How early should we arrive before weekend services?

We typically recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before the service time you wish to attend. If you have children, we recommend 30 minutes just to make sure you have a little extra time to get them checked in to our awesome children’s programming called SE!Kids.

Where do we park?

When you arrive on the campus, you can park in any parking lot. However, we do have special parking just for you! Look for our 1st and 2nd-Time Guest Parking signs. They will guide you to the parking lot.

Where do we go once we’re in the building?

When you’re inside, head to Guest Central. It’s easy to find—just look for the orange tables and signs in the Atrium. Friendly volunteers will be there to greet you and answer questions. If you have kids, volunteers will also walk you through the check-in process.

How do I get my kids checked into SE!KIDS?

Come to Guest Central in the Atrium. We’ll walk you right over to our First-Time Kids' Check-In Tables.

How long are weekend services?

Our services usually last about an hour. There is no reserved seating, so please sit wherever you like!

Discover God, His Story, and Our Place in It

Southeast Christian Church partners with families to help children Discover God through weekly stories that teach biblical truth about who God is. We encourage kids to open up His Story each week as we journey through the Bible every year. Age-appropriate discoveries are made personal during weekly response time in SE!KIDS services, helping children and leaders find Our Place in God’s big story today!

Kids love having FUN while building Christ-centered relationships with peers and trained volunteers in SE!KIDS. Families love knowing their children are in safe and secure hands, while also receiving the partnership needed to build a firm foundation of faith in the home.

What can my children do during weekend church services?

Children from birth through 5th grade can join us in SE!KIDS for fun, Biblical, and secure programs designed to meet them where they are and help them discover God and His Word on their level.

What do I need to do to have my children attend SE!KIDS during weekend church services?

To get your child checked in securely to his or her classroom, we will collect some basic information about you and your child. You can do this in person before church starts or click HERE to register online. Check-in volunteers may be found in the Atrium at the First-Time Check-In Counter and at all of our computer Check-In Kiosks in the Children’s Wing. Once you check in, you will receive a set of stickers for you and your child. These stickers show your child’s room location, their name, age, and service time, and a 3-digit Child ID security code.

What time are SE!KIDS programs?

Our children's programming happens during all of our regular weekend services. Children can check-in at SE!KIDS on Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. and Sundays at 9:00 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. We also have children's classes available on Sundays at 10:45 a.m. that take place during most of our adult Weekend Groups. Children's check-in begins 30 minutes before the start of worship services and ends 20 minutes after each service begins.

Where does my child go?

Children are assigned rooms based on their age and grade in our Children’s Wing, located next to the Atrium. We will print your child's room on his or her sticker once you check in. Volunteers are always available to help you find your child's room.

What if my child needs me during the worship service?

When your child is checked in to our database, you receive a 3-digit Child ID code on your stickers. If we need to contact you for any reason, we will display this number on the large screen in the Sanctuary and on the electronic display boxes in the adult Weekend Group classrooms.

Southeast (SE) Students is dedicated to helping students encounter Jesus NOW in a way that continues into their NEXT phase of life.

Whether it’s small groups, camps, events, or just hanging out, everything we do is about connecting people to Jesus and one another.

Within SE Students, there are two age specific ministries: Middle School Ministry (MSM) & High School Ministry (HSM). MSM is for 6th - 8th grade students and HSM is for 9th - 12th grade students. Each ministry has a weekly gathering with small groups. Our small groups are led by adults who are empowered and equipped to disciple students. Each adult volunteer is a member of our church and has completed specialized training to help keep students safe.

When and where do high school students meet?

High School Ministry meets on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in The Block Student Building. Students can arrive as early as 5:30 p.m. where they can work on homework, play games (we have a basketball hoop, 9 Square, GaGa ball pit, multiple gaming systems, and other table games), or hang out with friends. A free meal is served every week starting at 5:30. At 6:30, all high school students head into our main auditorium for a time including stage games, worship, and a message. Students then break off into small groups. It all wraps up at 8:30 p.m.

When and where do middle school students meet?

Middle School Ministry meets on Sundays from 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in The Block Student Building. The doors to our student building open at 10:30 a.m. After students check in, they are welcome to hang out, play games (we have a basketball hoop, 9 Square, GaGa ball pit, multiple gaming systems, and other table games), grab something from the snack bar (everything is $1) in The Crossing (a two-floor open space in The Block). The service starts at 11:15 in The Block Auditorium with games, worship, interactive elements, and preaching. We close out in small group time throughout the building. It all wraps up at 12:30 p.m.

How can I serve in student ministry?

Our student ministry is built on volunteers that have been equipped and empowered to disciple students.
