Raising Financially Faithful Kids

A 3-week class for parents. Kids have an invaluable asset: They have time. And the multiplying impact of wise money-management lessons learned early will be staggering. Cultivating within them a heart for generosity and wise habits around earning, saving, investing, and spending will impact every aspect of their lives―their relationship with Jesus, their future marriage, their ability to make a difference with their lives, and much more. This parenting class is designed for those with school-age children, but all are welcome. We are thrilled to have author Matt Bell with us, whose book "Trusted: Preparing Your Kids for a Lifetime of God-Honoring Money Management" was published in 2023 by Focus on the Family. Matt will be collaborating with Steve Young from our Stewardship Ministry to provide guidance and tools for parents to help their children become responsible financial stewards. Class meets for three consecutive weeks, 90 minutes each. Kids are welcome to attend, but this is a class for parents. Limited childcare is available.
