Unleashed Toolbox: Unlocking Creative Leadership

When leaders embrace Biblical creativity in their work, they unlock ideas, solve problems, and imagine a way forward. In this workshop, we will establish everyone as a Biblical creative, give you practical tools to unlock constraints in your work, and provide a way forward to use them in your ministry.

Unlocking Session Descriptions

  • Session One - Unlocking Our Identity as Creatives – Our creation story is founded on the truth being formed by the ultimate Creator. Everyone is eligible for the title of creative because of their roots in the Creator. In this session, we will work through our theology as creatives and confess our insecurities as a reset on our identity.
  • Session Two - Unlocking Our Constraints – Constraints may seem limiting, but they can spark creative innovations. In this session, we'll apply tools to create from constraints, learn best practices for leaders managing constraints, and apply them to your work right away.
  • Session Three - Unlocking Our Ideas – Creative leaders learn the value of seeing new relationships between ideas to produce new solutions. In this session, we will learn how to use idea relationships to connect them together, continue work on a specific project from your work, and apply best practices for leading others in ideation.
  • Session Four - Unlocking Our Launch Plan – Moving ideas into reality requires a launch plan. In this session we will work through a simple framework creative leaders can leverage for launching ideas and communicating the process.
